Refund Policy

Understand our refund policy for credit purchases.

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for NumFinder purchases. NumFinder offers digital services and (in many cases) instant delivery of credits or access. As a result, refunds are limited, except where required by law.

General policy

Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, whether credits were used, and whether there was a technical issue preventing use of the Service.

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

When we may approve a refund

We may approve a full or partial refund in situations such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made by mistake (same product purchased multiple times unintentionally)
  • A technical issue that prevents you from using the purchased entitlement and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time
  • Unused credits requested within a reasonable period after purchase (subject to verification)

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are typically not available in these situations (except where required by law):

  • Credits that have already been used
  • Purchases made and then used successfully, followed by a change-of-mind request
  • Requests involving abuse, fraud, chargeback threats, or violation of our Terms

Subscriptions and cancellations (if applicable)

If you purchase a subscription (if offered), you can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period, unless required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@numfinder.com and include:

  • Your account email
  • Order/receipt ID (or transaction reference)
  • A short explanation of the issue and what outcome you’re requesting
  • Screenshots or error details (if relevant)

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions to prevent fraud and abuse.

Policy updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will revise the Effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
