NumFinder provides tools and features related to number-based lookups and location-sharing workflows. The Service may evolve over time and may include new features, changes, or removals.

The Service is intended for lawful use. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You may need an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Results may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable due to technical limitations, device settings, connectivity, third-party systems, or other factors.

We do not guarantee that any particular lookup or location request will produce accurate or complete results.

The Service may reference or integrate with third-party services (for example, device platforms, mapping, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services and their policies, availability, or actions.

The Service, including software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by NumFinder or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created risk or legal exposure for us or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Some obligations (such as payment obligations, restrictions, and disclaimers) survive termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUMFINDER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NumFinder and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will update the Effective date and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
